Cierra started Social Spark after watching the same problem play out across too many small businesses. Owners with incredible products and services, struggling to show up online in a way that actually matched the quality of what they had to offer.

She knew there was a better way.

Cierra's background is in brand marketing and strategic communications. Before founding Social Spark, she completed marketing internships with General Motors in Global Brand Marketing and OnStar, served as an #AerieReal Ambassador, and lead communications at the Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office. Her time marketing work experience and student leadership at UCF shaped how she thinks about building things that last, with consistency, intention, and people at the center. She hold’s a Master’s in Social & Emerging Media.

She launched Social Spark in 2023 with the goal of bringing big brand thinking to businesses that don't have a big brand budget. Two years and 40+ clients later, that's still exactly what Social Spark does.

MEDIA DIRECTOR

Kayla is the person Social Spark trusts to show up on-site and make every client look their best. As a professional photographer, videographer, and FAA licensed drone pilot, she brings a level of skill and production quality to every shoot that most small businesses have never had access to before.

Her background spans real estate, where she worked as a licensed realtor, and food and beverage, where she served as a general manager. That combination means she understands how businesses actually operate, which makes her incredibly easy to work with on location. She's hardworking, fast on her feet, and clients consistently enjoy having her on site.

Outside of Social Spark, Kayla works in real estate media, helping homeowners capture the beauty and essence of their properties through professional photo and video. She's also passionate about empowering other content creators, sharing how to leverage their skills and build something of their own through her personal brand.

A creative and media professional through and through, Kayla brings that same passion to every project she touches. And when she's not behind the lens, she's doing the most important job of all, being a mom.

VIDEO EDITOR

Arya handles the majority of Social Spark's video editing and brings a clean, professional touch to everything that moves through production. With a Bachelor’s and strong work background in digital media, he understands how content needs to look and feel to perform on social platforms. Reliable, skilled, and consistent, he's a quiet but essential part of how Social Spark delivers for its clients.

MARKETING INTERN

Emma keeps things moving behind the scenes. From client-facing communication and scheduling to on-site shoot support and content research, she brings energy and attention to detail to everything she touches. Currently finishing her degree in public relations and communications at Southeastern University, she's passionate about building a career in branding and marketing. Emma has been an important part of how Social Spark serves its clients day to day. She's one to watch.

VISUAL MEDIA INTERN

Laura brings a natural creative eye to everything she designs. As a digital media student at UCF and experienced freelance graphic designer, she comes to Social Spark with real skills and a portfolio to back them up. She handles graphic design for select clients and the work speaks for itself. Clients love what she produces, and it shows. Talented, creative, and full of potential, Laura is a great example of the kind of emerging creative talent Social Spark loves to work with.
