Most services are scheduled within 1-3 weeks, depending on availability. You will be contacted via phone or email after your purchase.

Rescheduling is permitted with 48 hours of notice.

Payments are refundable for up to 24 hours after the purchase time/date. However, after 24 hours, due to the planning, preparation, and time allocation required for service-based work, payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we may offer rescheduling options.
