Photo & Video Release

In the course of providing photography, videography, and content production services, Social Spark LLC may capture images or footage of individuals present at the shoot location, event, or business premises, including employees, customers, attendees, and members of the general public who may appear incidentally in the background.

Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from individuals who will be intentionally featured in the content (such as staff, models, or event speakers), unless Social Spark has been separately contracted to manage model releases as part of the project scope.

For individuals who appear incidentally in the background of a shoot, event, or public setting, Social Spark relies on the Client, venue, or event host to provide reasonable notice to attendees or the public that photography or videography is taking place, where applicable.

Social Spark LLC is not liable for claims arising from the incidental capture of third parties in content produced for the Client, provided Social Spark has acted in good faith and in accordance with standard industry practice
