Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or agreement between Social Spark and the client.

Quotes & Booking

Quotes provided through this Site or via email are estimates based on the information submitted and are subject to change if project scope, event details, or location differ from what was originally disclosed. Booking is confirmed upon written agreement between Social Spark and the client.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be detailed in the applicable invoice or client agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be addressed in the individual client agreement for each project.

Deliverables & Turnaround

Turnaround times for edited content will be communicated directly to the client at the time of booking and may vary based on project scope.

Usage & Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content produced by Social Spark (photography, videography, and related media) is licensed to the client for the purposes agreed upon at booking. Expanded usage rights, including paid advertising or resale, may require an additional licensing agreement. Social Spark retains the right to use produced content for its own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Social Spark LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Social Spark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

Force Majeure

Social Spark is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or venue-related issues.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms
