Our team has been working in social media since 2018, long before it became the default marketing channel for most businesses. Since 2023, Social Spark has served 50+ clients across 2 states, driven millions of impressions, and helped businesses show up online in ways that actually reflect how good they are in real life.

Cierra
FOUNDER / AGENCY DIRECTOR
A Plant City native who grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship, Cierra brings eight years of social media marketing experience, including content creation for national brands and public-sector communications.
With an educational background in business administration and social and emerging media, she recognized a gap between content creation and marketing strategy. After seeing businesses invest in services that prioritized aesthetics, trends, and automated processes over their actual business goals, she founded Social Spark to offer a more intentional approach. She set out to create an agency that delivers the personalized attention and genuine investment business owners deserve.
Today, Cierra oversees Social Spark's daily operations, agency growth, account management, and marketing strategy. She works closely with business owners and their teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities, guide content direction, and evaluate performance. Her role also includes consulting, business development, and building opportunities for Social Spark to serve its community.
Kayla
MEDIA DIRECTOR

Also a Plant City native, Kayla brings a diverse background in restaurant management, real estate, and social media marketing. As a former restaurant general manager and licensed Realtor, she developed her creative skills through content creation before expanding into the real estate media industry, specializing in photography and videography for property listings. Her experience also includes social media management for a mortgage firm. She is also an FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot.
At Social Spark, Kayla coordinates and executes on-site content production, capturing photography, video, and aerial media for clients across industries. She also supports photo and video editing, oversees weekly content coordination for select accounts, and helps develop new client relationships. Her versatile experience and hands-on approach make her an important part of both the creative team and Social Spark's continued growth.
