We build from scratch on a fresh account, which keeps ownership clean and avoids inheriting anyone else's setup. Domain, plan, and site are handled together, then handed over.

The name was registered, often years ago, and the project never went further.

The existing domain stays. We build the site, then connect it. If registrar access has been lost along the way, recovering it is part of the setup.

It exists, but the content is stale, the design has aged, or it breaks on a phone.

We assess the foundation first. A sound site gets a content and mobile refresh billed hourly. A site built on something unsupported gets rebuilt, because patching it costs more over time.

We establish who owns the domain, who owns the account, and where the billing is going. From there it is either a recovery or a clean rebuild on an account in your name.

You need three things: an address so people can find you, rent to keep the doors open, and a store built inside.

A website works the same way. Three things, bought separately, billed separately.
